Client Request
The client envisioned a product that would simplify how event professionals find each other and collaborate. The platform needed to:

Talent & Venue Discovery Users can browse and search based on filters like location, category, availability, and rating — with detailed profiles showcasing skills, photos, reviews, and past events.
Smart Messaging System Built-in chat allows direct communication between parties, making it easy to ask questions, negotiate terms, and finalize deals — all within the platform.
Event Promotion Users can create and promote their own events to the platform’s community, boosting visibility and engagement.
Booking Management An integrated booking system enables users to send and receive requests, confirm dates, and track event logistics — with notifications and reminders to stay on top of every booking.

Challenges
Two-sided Marketplace Design Balancing the needs of both talents and venues required careful UX design. We ensured that both user types had clear onboarding flows and tailored experiences.
Flexible Availability & Booking Logic Event scheduling can be unpredictable, so we built custom calendar integrations and availability tracking to keep things simple and conflict-free.
Spam & Communication Management To protect user experience, we implemented moderation tools and message rate-limiting features to prevent spam and encourage meaningful connections.
